Hey everyone! I'm so excited to share with you an update on all that's been going on!
If you haven't heard yet, David and I got engaged! We are getting married in June and couldn't be more excited! So yes, these days have been very full with wedding planning, worship leading, and all the everyday in between.
There has been a lot of change for us in the last few months. Recently, I moved two hours away to Maryville, TN where we plan on starting our lives together and serving at our home church, East Maryville Baptist Church.
We currently are leading worship for the student ministry there and have enjoyed getting involved with other local ministries as well. We also continue to travel and lead worship for churches and events across the country.
One of the ministries we have been blessed to partner with is Beautifully Designed led by Ashley Shepherd. This past April, Ashley invited us to lead worship for an event with speaker and author, Angie Smith that hosted over 700 women. It was undoubtably a milestone moment for David and I as we sang praises to our King with a room full of beautiful women! Exciting news!
New music is heading your way! I have been in the writing process even during the craziness of wedding planning. David and I are so excited to start recording on our second record this summer! Be in prayer for us as we seek to write the songs God has penned on our hearts. Pray we are sensitive to His leading and desires for what this next record should sound and feel like. We can't wait to get these new songs out to you all!
